| Frozen Concentrated Lime Juice is
a product obtained from the juice of mature Tahiti Lime (citrus
latifolia). After extraction, the juice is centrifuged to remove
great part of the bottom pulp and then clarified by means of
an ultrafiltration process. FCTLJ represents the clarified fraction
in the Ultrafiltration system and afterwards concentrated in
the TASTE evaporator. |
